Budtender Review: Grandpa's Finest FECO2 grown by The Plant

If you’re not familiar with The Plant (follow on IG @theogplant) they are a Certified Kind farm down in Junction City. They are skilled growers, producing not just cannabis but also organic fruits and vegetables you can find at farmer’s markets in Eugene and Portland (Hollywood and Milwaukie)

Grandpa’s Finest is a cross of Sour Diesel and OG Kush, two classic strains. The oil tested at 72.31% THC, 1.25% CBG, 1.08% CBC, and 4.90% terpenes.

FECO2 is our name for what is otherwise known as RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) or FECO. We chose the term FECO2 as our process is different than traditional RSO or FECO methods. We do a first pass extraction using supercritical CO2 and then a winterization process. A final refinement removes any remaining unwanted compounds while preserving the cannabinoids and terpenes. This results in a full spectrum oil that is lighter in color than others while maintaining a high potency. FECO2 is perfect for making edibles, or just eating on it’s own!

Next, an unexpectedly positive review! It was so good that I almost forgot to write my review before I finished it! The Grandpa's Finest FECO2 by The Plant has the most incredible terpenes! The hops and the citrus collide on your tongue like a crisp hefeweizen! The gassy undertones and herbal finish left me wishing that I had a higher tolerance to be able to eat more immediately! The high was more focused, productive, clear, and all smiles! I felt confident, positive, and ready to face my day. My high tapered after about 2-3 hours depending on my dose, but I was happy to have more before it fully wore off! 100% planning on purchasing a couple more to have on hand!
